What type of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

 

Baby Gifts

Can you ship a baby gift directly to the new parents?

Absolutely! Just make sure to provide us with the correct address to avoid delays and additional charges. During checkout, you will be able to enter new parents' names and correct address under "Shipping Address". Important details are available on our direct shipping option page.

I want to buy a baby gift and include a special message, can I do that?

Yes! We can do that for you! During checkout, you will have the opportunity to enter your special message for the gift tag in addition to the new parents' names and correct address.  

 

Shipping

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all our packages with USPS. For most of our products, we offer two shipping options: standard shipping and priority mail 2-day.

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package, your location, and the shipping service that you choose during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry for the inconvenience but we are not shipping internationally at this moment.

Can you ship the item(s) to another person?

Sure! We call it our direct shipping option. Normally, this service is used for baby gifts but it can be used for hair bows too. You can do it by simply following two easy steps: entering the name and correct address during checkout. You can also enter a special message for a gift tag. Detailed information is available under Direct Shipping Option

 

General

What's the current processing time for any of your products?

We are currently shipping the orders within 2 - 3 business days after receiving the payment but we start working on an order as soon as we receive payment.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We take each order very seriously. Therefore, we start working on an order as soon as it is submitted and payment has been received. It means that we immediately start using materials that can't be reused. Because of that, all the orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Can I return a product?

Due to the nature of the products in our store, all sales are final, not returnable and not refundable. We encourage you to contact us immediately at support@colorfulbows.com if you experience any problem or if you are not completely satisfied.

What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

We love our products and because of that, we package them carefully to make sure they arrive safely. But, in case that something happens to your product during the delivery process, email us immediately at support@colorfulbows.com. Just make sure to contact us within 3 days of package delivery. To expedite the process, please send a picture of your damaged package and product with your email. After all, we just want you to be happy!
